I hear you and you are right. If Baca had not pulled the gun when he did, his life would have been at risk. No question, because the Police were hiding behind the museum and would not respond until shots were fired. All I am saying is watch all the videos. This asshole showed up alone, assaulted three females for no reason at all, and was spraying pepper on people. The last female he grabbed from behind and threw her down on the concrete. Witnesses said they saw her head make impact and bounce off.

I am all for self-defense, but this asshole is not someone I personally would want to be associated with. You can see the anger in his eyes in photos. So, I just want anons to be aware that if you post the shooting video, people are going to call you an asshole if they have watched all the videos. Do your due diligence as "we are the news now."
My sense is that Baca was part of an operation to escalate violence and things got out of control. It will be an interesting case to follow for sure.
