Perp ran because he was on parole, and he had been drinking & driving, so getting arrested for a parole violation would send him right back to prison (he was in prison for beating his little children very badly). That's why he ran.

The officer's taser was taken by the perp who then shot the officer. Taser is considered a "deadly weapon" in GA, and the officer was well within procedure and the law to fire on the perp, who just shot him with the taser.

There is no excuse for the perp's behavior.

He made the choices.

The officers followed procedure and were not in the wrong. Their prosecution is political and unfounded.

I guarantee you this is the desired effect by the DS. Look around the country, cops are getting shit on everywhere and are demoralized. Many are quitting, which again, is the goal.

Yes, they are baiting POTUS in Seattle, but that was just one component. They are trying to undermine law & order completely, partially to bait POTUS but also to demoralize the public, and make them terrified and easier to control.

Consider - if there is anarchy and no police to enforce the law, do you think in-person voting will occur?
