I hate to be a dick but there's no connection at that link between Mouaz & Ukraine. It was a conference that had Ukraine in the title but Mouaz seems to have been there bc of his role in Syria
There are photos even worse than this, although very similar.
There is one with featuring a cooked body face up (but tied) on a dining room table. His head in there too, on a separate plate. there are children seated at the table, looking scared, tied to their chairs. Adults in regular clothes in the background looking casual.

It's too much. I had them on my machine for a long time and one day realized I couldn't stand it. deleted. I'll check my recycle bin but .. man they are horrifying even if they are fake.
