I don't think Q was asking us to make a connection between Mouaz and Awan (although it's possible there is one). He was saying that Awan is another example (of many) of a foreign citizen of questionable history being in a position of trust in/around the US Govt.
She is probably trying to blunt the impact of upcoming revelations, by associating with what is likely to be a fairly vanilla group (by comparison with what appears to go on at Epstein Island and elsewhere). It won't work. [Indefensible]
