The President should direct the DoJ to ignore the SCOTUS DACA ruling as an over reach into the executive branches lawful ability to change and/or set policy that differs from a previous administration.
This ruling was a shot across the face of ALL Americans (especially those that immigrated to America the LEGAL way).
Who the hell was making the argument from the DoJ's position???
Was it another "Gen. Flynn" type attorney? (not talking about Powell)..
Can't Congress change a law that was previously past by another Congress (if the votes are there)???
Can't the SCOTUS rule differently that previous SCOTUS ruled in the past???
