Sorry James, but several things lead me to believe the Facebook "Diversity Initiative" document is not authentic, at least not the PDF which is posted here. It has been edited and manipulated several times. Even if you "re-saved" the PDF that was given to you, or if generated the PDF from another Word or text document original, there are several places where it is clear the document is forged or manipulated. I would bet heavily that this is not an internal FB doc, and believe me, I'm no fan of FB!

 

I'll leave it to others to screengrab and describe their examination of the PDF (I convert it and examined the underlying text, edits, and pieces that were inserted.)
