In 1988 he sold it to Abe Gosman who sold it in 2005 to Trump Properties LLC which the whole thing was "gutted". The renovations were overseen by The Apprentice season 3 winner, Kendra Todd. The Palm Beach Daily News quotes Trump in saying the house was worth the investment. "The bones were that good." and "I always looked at is as a tear-down." Knowing POTUS now, what are the odds that those 2 phrases about a previous Wexner house mean more than just a catchy phrase?
