The Bible doesn't reveal specific dates or locations. History is one episode of oppression after another, chronicling the repeated attempts to build the world system. But history is not without victories, though temporary they may be, and there is nothing in scripture which calls us to refrain from professing the truth or fighting to protect our loved ones, the innocent, or the deprived. It may very well be that God's plan is for our people to juxtapose to the wicked ones, to drive them out, and for them to be forced to set their foundations down somewhere else in this world.

You're wrong. If it were an IQ issue with the black race, we would've seen these staggering percentages back in the 40s and 50s, but we didn't. Black families were together, literacy and education were on the rise, and their socio-economic status was improving.
