Transfer the money for use in an upcoming or preceding election
Return the excess money to one or more contributors, as long as that doesn’t exceed the amount the person contributed

Contribute the money to any candidate or PAC that has filed with the SBE
Defray any ordinary, unreimbursed expense related to that person’s elected office
