Just to add to it - there is an interview on YT wherein no-name is named as being told about monetary benefits for veterans being stolen - while the veterans waited in vain, a shady group was intercepting their benefit money. MILLIONS of dollar in the 70s and 80s, while vets languished in poverty. This was just a side note in the larger interview, but McStain (and also Biden) was made aware. Biden promised help, but apparently blew it off. After McStain entered the House and then the Congress, the guy being interviewed went to see him about this. He saw the guy coming and and ran out the back door of his office like a skeert little gurl. I'm thinking McStain got in on the action, and that's where some of his millions came from.

That would require slitting the abdomen to remove the organs, including the intestines and colon. the abdomen is clearly intact.
