As I understand it, executive orders are not laws, in so much that they never go through any legislative process, making them wholly unconstitutional. I have been looking for some way to get around these "orders" but I can't afford the fines or missing work to fight in court. The only solutions I can find all require elevating cases to federal levels and making a claim against the individuals responsible for infringements, which allows for asking for damages. It's tough finding good info, but I learned how to mail letters not related to commerce or government for 2 cents, lol.
