Doesn't the SCOTUS decision that DACA cannot be rescinded without following the correct procedure mean that the original order from Obama can be thrown out by the same logic?
We need a law that defines biological sex versus legally chosen sex, and explicitly modifies all existing federal law that refers to "sex" as meaning biological sex. All future laws must clearly state whether the sex being referred to is biological, chosen, or both.
I'm on a roll here. The law should also define biological race and chosen race. So anyone can choose to be black or white as well. Legally chosen sex and race if different from what is on your birth certificate must be registered with the government just like a name change. And you should only be allowed to change it once per year.
