essentially DS faggot lawyers at the DOJ sabotauged the legal process by not meeting ordinary process requirements in the rescission of DACA
it was a poison pill - someone made a choice to keep going knowing this
dont know why but now scotus did not take the bait and allow the defective process to stand
its a do over - no actual damage just delay
