Short-Term Reforms
As part of the emergency pandemic response, the nation should now:
Establish a Pandemic Profiteering Oversight Committee. Congress needs to
convene an oversight commission, modeled after the Truman Commission during
World War II, to both monitor the stimulus package and root out corruption and
profiteering in society as a whole. As part of the passage of the CARES Act in March
2020, Congress created several oversight bodies to monitor the $2 trillion in funds
appropriated, including a five-member Congressional Oversight Commission and the
Pandemic Response Accountability Committee. But oversight needs to go beyond just
the administration of stimulus programs and look at profiteering in the economy at
large.
Enact an Excess Profits Tax. During the major wars of the 20th century, Congress
instituted excess profits taxes to discourage speculating and profiteering around the
basic needs of life. These taxes proved workable and effective.
Stop Wealth Hiding. As much as $21 trillion in wealth is now sitting hidden in offshore
tax havens, shell companies, and trusts. Congress should crack down on capital flight
and wealth hiding. A good start would be to pass the Corporate Transparency Act (HR
2513) and require the disclosure of beneficial ownership of corporations and limited
liability companies, key tools in the wealth hiding toolbox.
Set an Emergency Millionaire 10 Percent Income Tax Surtax. Congress should
signal to the wider public that the first several trillion dollars of revenue raised to help
cover the nation’s bailout costs will come from the billionaires and richest 0.2 percent of
taxpayers — those Americans who have seen the most enormous gains over the last
several decades. Middle- and working-class families, many of whom have yet to
recover from the 2008 economic meltdown, should be held harmless from additional tax
liabilities until the richest households have paid their fair share.
A wealth tax might be attractive as an emergency measure, but enacting a new tax
regime on assets would be challenging in the short term. Using the existing income tax
system, Congress could levy an emergency 10 percent millionaire surtax on the top 0.2
percent, those with incomes over $2 million. Unlike income tax rate hikes on wages and
salaries, the surtax would apply equally to income from investment returns. Though
only affecting the richest 0.2 percent of Americans, a millionaires surtax would raise an
estimated $635 billion over 10 years and hit the very wealthy who garner substantial

It is impossible to understand the world today without knowing what the ESF is and what it has been doing. Officially in charge of defending the dollar, the ESF is the government agency which controls the New York Fed, runs the CIA’s black budget, and is the architect of the world’s monetary system (IMF, World Bank, etc).

On January 22, 2016 SGT Report published an interview with macroeconomic analyst Rob Kirby from Kirby Analytics where he exposes what he calls a more closely guarded secret than the lack of gold in Fort Knox, more guarded than the U.S. Nuclear secrets, referring to a secret NWO fund which is controlling the “financial universe.”
The fund is called the Exchange Stabilization Fund and is run at the sole discretion of the Secretary of Treasury, with no congressional oversight, subject to no laws, and is involved with everything from the drug trade, to arms dealing, murder-for-hire and regime changes, just to name a few projects where these “dark dollars” are manipulating world events in what Kirby calls a “very wicked game” going on right now “at the very, very highest of levels.”
The ESF can be used to purchase or sell foreign currencies, to hold U.S. foreign exchange and Special Drawing Rights (SDR) assets, and to provide financing to foreign governments. All operations of the ESF require the explicit authorization of the Secretary of the Treasury (“the Secretary”).
The Secretary is responsible for the formulation and implementation of U.S. international monetary and financial policy, including exchange market intervention policy. The ESF helps the Secretary to carry out these responsibilities. By law, the Secretary has considerable discretion in the use of ESF resources.

Former CIA Officer and counter-terrorism expert Kevin Shipp says the riots, looting and arson you are seeing around the country has little to do with so-called social justice and everything to do with the takeover of America by dark powers. Kevin Shipp explains, “We have to understand the roots of these organizations, and Antifa is a Marxist organization. Black Lives Matter was founded by two Marxists. Black Lives Matter is connected to the Nation of Islam. So, these two organizations are essentially anti-traditional America. There is no question about it. This is a Marxist movement. Shipp has identified three areas the Marxist/communist Democrats are targeting. Shipp contends, “I call it ‘C 3.’ They are after the Constitution. The want to change the First and Second Amendments for starters. That’s the first ‘C.’ The second ‘C’ is our culture. They want to change and eliminate traditional American values and U.S. sovereignty. And the third ‘C’ they pick out to attack is Christianity. Why? Because all three of them stand in the way of Marxism, and all three of them stand in the way of radical Islam and the Nation of Islam that is connected to Black Lives Matter. All three of those are the enemy. That is why you see Progressives and radical Islam joining together because they have the common enemy and a common target: our Constitution, Culture and Christianity.
How do you combat all of this? Shipp says, “First of all, we pray. America was started with prayer. It was continued with prayer, and we need to keep praying. Second, we as Christians need to stand up and stop allowing them to do this to our government. We are supposed to support our government as long as government is good, but when government starts doing things like abortion up to the ninth month, we, in the church, and pastors may need to think twice about their tax exempt status. We have to start standing up and decrying ‘not my Constitution,’ and traditional values of America we need to stand up and fight for. We, as Christians, have got to start doing that.”
Where does this end? Shipp says, “They are pushing for a civil war, and we are in a soft civil war right now. It just hasn’t broken out into the streets. This will result in a civil war, and we have to remember that we are not the minority. . . . . Your average American who loves the Constitution and traditional values is the majority. They are making it look they are the majority because they have the media, but they are not the majority. Sadly, I think we are in a soft civil war right now, and there is going to be one.”

Elite COVID Action: Now Comes the Davos ‘Great Reset’

For those wondering what will come after the Covid19 pandemic has successfully all but shut down the entire world economy, spreading the worst depression since the 1930s, the leaders of the premier globalization NGO, Davos World Economic Forum, have just unveiled the outlines of what we can expect next. These people have decided to use this crisis as an opportunity.
On June 3 via their website, the Davos World Economic Forum (WEF) unveiled the outlines of their upcoming January 2021 forum. They call it “The Great Reset.” It entails taking advantage of the staggering impact of the coronavirus to advance a very specific agenda. Notably enough, that agenda dovetails perfectly with another specific agenda, namely the 2015 UN Agenda 2030. The irony of the world’s leading big business forum, the one that has advanced the corporate globalization agenda since the 1990s, now embracing what they call sustainable development, is huge. That gives us a hint that this agenda is not quite about what WEF and partners claim.
The Great Reset
On June 3 WEF chairman Klaus Schwab released a video announcing the annual theme for 2021, The Great Reset. It seems to be nothing less than promoting a global agenda of restructuring the world economy along very specific lines, not surprisingly much like that advocated by the IPCC, by Greta from Sweden and her corporate friends such as Al Gore or Blackwater’s Larry Fink.
Interesting is that WEF spokespeople frame the “reset” of the world economy in the context of the coronavirus and the ensuing collapse of the world industrial economy. The WEF website states, “There are many reasons to pursue a Great Reset, but the most urgent is COVID-19.” So the Great Reset of the global economy flows from covid19 and the “opportunity” it presents.
In announcing the 2021 theme, WEF founder Schwab then said, cleverly shifting the agenda: “We only have one planet and we know that climate change could be the next global disaster with even more dramatic consequences for humankind.” The implication is that climate change is the underlying reason for the coronavirus pandemic catastrophe.
To underscore their green “sustainable” agenda, WEF then has an appearance by the would-be King of England, Prince Charles. Referring to the global covid19 catastrophe, the Prince of Wales says, “If there is one critical lesson to learn from this crisis, it is that we need to put nature at the heart of how we operate. We simply can’t waste more time.” On board with Schwab and the Prince is the Secretary-General of the UN, Antonio Guterres. He states, “We must build more equal, inclusive and sustainable economies and societies that are more resilient in the face of pandemics, climate change and the many other global changes we face.” Note his talk of “sustainable economies and societies”—more on that later. The new head of the IMF, Kristalina Georgieva, also endorsed The Great Reset.
Other WEF resetters included Ma Jun, the chairman of the Green Finance Committee at the China Society for Finance and Banking and a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People’s Bank of China; Bernard Looney, CEO of BP; Ajay Banga, CEO of Mastercard; Bradford Smith, president of Microsoft.
Make no mistake, the Great Reset is no spur-of-the moment idea of Schwab and friends. The WEF website states, “COVID-19 lockdowns may be gradually easing, but anxiety about the world’s social and economic prospects is only intensifying. There is good reason to worry: a sharp economic downturn has already begun, and we could be facing the worst depression since the 1930s. But, while this outcome is likely, it is not unavoidable.” The WEF sponsors have big plans:”…the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions. Every country, from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a “Great Reset” of capitalism.” This is big stuff.
