I think the Keystone is ending the Banking Relief Act and Trading with the Enemy Act. This can only be done by Presidential Proclamation to end the National Emergency that has been in effect since 1917. All the power lies with the President. No President since 1917 has had the guts or balls to do it and more than likely just was in it for unjust enrichment I pray that isn't the case now If Trump does this our Republic will be restored. I mean it has always been there we have just forgotten who we are. As I see it there are only two ways the President or one I would rather avoid.
