CALL TO DIG ON Q PIC

Trying this again as Q bracketed my post with drops when I posted this.

Dropping this in General to see if any anons can use GOOGLE SKY to locate it against 2013 and 2014. Found the stars with (maybe a constellation?) whilst playing with the light and contrast on UK Traf CAM LONDON 2847 pic. Interesting that Q dropped this pic separately from the NSA Traf CAM pics and it’s the only one I was able to bring up the stars in the sky on. This could provide a date for the Vistoria Embankment pics. Sorry, am just a humble phonefag from UK thread so anons with computers may be able to tweek the pic better than I could. It may be a long shot, but it’s what we do here, right?
