Q (a.k.a. The winged Serpent and Q - The winged Serpent) is a 1982 dark fantasy-horror film written and directed by Larry Cohen and starring Michael Moriarty, Candy Clark, David Carradine, and Richard Roundtree.

The Aztec god Quetzalcoatl, a winged, dragon-like, female lizard, takes up residence in the art-deco spire of the Chrysler Building, with frequent jaunts in the midday sun to devour various hapless New Yorkers. The resulting bloody mess confounds detectives, Dt. Shepard and Sgt. Powell, who are already occupied with a case involving a series of bizarre ritual murders linked to a secret Aztec cult. Meanwhile, Jimmy Quinn, a cheap, paranoid crook who wishes to be a jazz pianist, takes part in a botched diamond heist that leads him to the creature's lair atop the building. This causes Quinn's attempts to settle down and turn over a new leaf from crime to be in vain as he decides to extort from the city an enormous amount of money in exchange for directions to the creature's nest, which houses a colossal egg.

The details of the location fall into Shepard's hands, and he leads a paramilitary assault on the Chrysler Building. First, they shoot the egg, the baby attacks and is killed. Later, the creature comes to the tower. After the showdown, the creature, riddled with bullets, falls onto the streets of Manhattan. Finally, Shepard also apprehends and shoots the Plumed Serpent's crazed priest as he prepares to ritually murder Quinn to resurrect his "god". In the final scene, a large egg hatches.

It is the basis of the logo for Canadian Tire and nobody has ever suggested that it had any Nazi connections. They are now branching out into banking as well with the triangle logo.

Given that the entire world's economic system was totally bankrupt and every country was teetering on bankruptcy of the state and a run on all the banks,

It seems like a pressure valve was a damn good idea. Now that the Cabal's secret money machine and its levers are in the control of the whitehats, it is only a matter of time before the Cabal is completely DRAINED of their WEALTH and POWER.

Drain the Swamp, does not mean to pull the plug like in a bathtub.

It's actually a form of highway robbery where the whitehats lock up all the Cabal in a posh hotel in Saudi Arabia and demand that they sign over their assets. Once we DRAIN all their assets, they lose the POWER that came with their money, and their minions will no longer serve them. All the energy they have accumulated is being drained until their batteries are flat. In Saudi they did physically lock people in a hotel until they agreed, but Trump is using a more clever plan where they get to buy freedom by playing a game. The game involves making large bets and they get to do their usual trickery to win, however, Trump and Mnuchin know all their tricks and have control of the magic levers that you saw the Wizard of Ox working behind the curtain in the Emerald City. Whenever the USA wins a bet, we drain the cash from the Cabal accounts. They are voluntarily disclosing where their cash is hidden, and giving it to us, because they have to keep playing the game to stay free. When they run out of cash, then the hammer comes down. Thing is, they could have hundreds of trillions of dollars stashed away. Nobody knows for sure, so the game could go on for a while.

We don't see most of this sloshing around of cash because Mnuchin's ESF is a black hole so anything that goes into there effectively seems to disappear from the game. It may reappear in the future if needed, or the central banking systems might just be restructured to burn it all up, and redirect the flows of profits into the public economy which would mean the IRS and income taxes can be abolished.
