So BC set up the 1996 Act, tech control threatened by Barlow who had influence of many wealthy and influential tech people, and a large public audience. They 187d Barlow, secured his assets by control transfer to their people. And we today are trying to unravel the web they weaved. So the history is here and the counter is habbening Now. I assume Barlow and the 1996 act are linked to same people, perhaps through SA and Huma.
