Gov. Cuomo Rips ‘Evil Icon Of Our Nation’s Racist Past’ When ‘Noose’ Found In Harlem Park. Then The Truth Comes Out

A big hearty KEK to start your day

A Parks Department employee alerted police to the “noose” after the city’s 311 line was also notified by someone in the park. “We are dismayed by this incident,” a Parks Department spokeswoman told Pix. “We immediately notified NYPD and removed the rope from the tree.”

“A noose found hanging in a Harlem park named after a Black icon has left those in the neighborhood feeling a little shaken up, even if the supposed reason for it being there was not meant to be harmful,” WNBC-TV reported.

The “scandal” spiraled out of control.

Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer quickly called the incident “despicable,” long before it was investigated. “It’s disturbing that there are people out there who would do this, but we have seen these past few weeks that there are so many more who are against what this hateful symbol stands for,” she wrote on Twitter. “Our diversity makes us strong.”

“I am disgusted by the recent discovery of a noose — the epitome of hatred and an evil icon of our nation’s racist past — in Harlem’s Marcus Garvey Park,” Cuomo’s Tuesday statement read, according to WNBC. “New York is no place for hate, and the progress we’ve made as a society will not be undone by the work of a few cowards.”

But whoops. It wasn’t a noose at all.

“The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force investigated this incident thoroughly. According to the park director, it was left over from a construction scaffold that was removed in the fall. The rope was used to hoist construction materials,” the task force tweeted.

NYPD Cops May ‘Strike’ on July 4 to ‘Let the City Have Their Independence Without Cops

NYPD cops are reportedly kicking around plans to strike on July 4 to ‘let the city have its independence without cops.’

New York’s finest are fed up with the anit-police movement taking the country by storm following the death of George Floyd.

Democrat Gov Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio fanned the flames and attacked their own police department as George Floyd rioters beat NYPD cops and ran over officers.

The cops are fed up and may just give the city what they want: no cops.

New York Post reported:

A pair of fliers making their rounds among NYPD officers are encouraging them to call out sick July 4th — as retribution for police reform and a perceived anti-cop climate following the outrage over high-profile police killings of unarmed black men across the country, multiple cops told The Post.

One message calls for the strike to kick off at 3 p.m. July 4.

“NYPD cops will strike on July 4th to let the city have their independence without cops,” the message, which is being passed among cops via text, according to sources.

“Cops that say we can’t strike because of the Taylor Law,” the message reads, referencing a law that makes public worker stoppages punishable with fines and jail time. “The people and this city doesn’t [sic] honor us why honor them [sic].”

A “blue flu” began rapidly spreading this week after crooked Fulton DA filed murder charges against Officer Garrett Rolfe in the death of Rayshard Brooks last weekend.

Former chief of staff Mick Mulvaney: 'Small businessman' Trump ‘didn’t hire very well

Shit another one

Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney criticized President Trump for his hiring choices as the administration seeks to stop the sale of a book containing explosive details about the president’s alleged conduct.

“If there was one criticism that I would level against the president is that he didn’t hire very well. He did not have experience at running government and didn’t know how to put together a team that could work well with him,” Mulvaney said in an interview with CNN on Friday.

“A lot of those folks are either folks in the military or actively involved in the military. And that’s just not — the military personality is just not the type that works well with Donald Trump, who’s a small businessman,” he said.

Robert Mueller and DOJ sued over footnote alluding to 'pee tape' claims

Let the lawsuits begin, they’re going to keep rolling in, I think everyone on Muellers team, FBI, etc should be sued personally

A Georgian American businessman is suing Robert Mueller for defamation over his inclusion in the former special counsel's report on Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Giorgi Rtskhiladze, who emigrated from Georgia to the United States in 1991 just before the fall of the Soviet Union, filed his 26-page lawsuit against Mueller and the Justice Department, claiming that “apparent pressure on the special prosecutors to find Russian collusion with the Trump campaign — which they concluded did not occur — appears to have led them nevertheless to create a counterfactual and wildly speculative footnote that leads the reader to believe there was collusion — but at plaintiff’s expense.”

Rtskhiladze’s legal team pointed to Footnote 112 of Volume II of Mueller's report, which selectively quoted some October 2016 texts between the Georgian American and President Trump’s now-former personal lawyer Michael Cohen. In the footnote, Mueller’s team said Rtskhiladze texted Cohen: “Stopped flow of tapes from Russia but not sure if there’s anything else.”

Rtskhiladze’s lawyers said that Footnote 112 “insinuates that the referenced tapes were the shocking tapes mentioned in the so-called Steele Dossier” and “speciously suggests that plaintiff knew the purported tapes were fake but failed to tell Mr. Cohen.” He called these alleged insinuations “false, reckless, and misleading.” Rtskhiladze took particular offense to be referred to as a “Russian businessman” by Mueller.
