I have seen lots of loop but never anything aboot the foundation. Even went way back.

Loop has/had a foundation est. 2/2005 at least according to 2 link above. The pd showed 0 across for both.

Tried to understand pd filing reqs, but if the IRS is at BHO beck and call, why worry, especially if the thought was she would win….
