Many people use Facebook and Youtube for communications. Google is just another search engine, if you eliminate the evil.
Regulate the illegal actions and constitutional rights exemption check box.
Punish the people who did this, and enact future penalties for all providers.
Check back every 5 years.

Kill vs. jail. Kill, they reincarnate, like the nazis we killed in WWII returned to protest Vietnam.
Jail, its another 50 or so years suspended, and they may not return so fast even then. But its expensive.
Kill, the Satanists believe they will be with their master, so they have suicide plans. Not much of a punishment.
Jail, they have to live with their sins, and be reminded every moment what they did and how we feel about them.
Same with companies like Facebook. Kill it and the employees will just start another- or worse. Regulate them, and you know where they are and what they are doing, and users' lives are not disrupted.
