about how their civilisation went the technological route and they have spent the last hundreds of generations trying to get back to the more nature connected pat and they hope that our species goes the more nature connected/empathic route.
if the bridge is the internet and Q is asking us to either Kill the internet or Regulate the internet, then he is essentially asking what the pleadians were.
