Why justice Roberts ruling is correct and good for all of us.
In essence this makes people equal in front of the law in regards to employment. It is task-oriented, so if you can do the job, you can't be fired over arbitrary reasons.
Now, homosexuality is a mental disorder and in essence an opinion. This protection of the law also protects people who have more conservative political views - you cannot fire them for having a different opinion.
This also applies to hiring.
Think about the ramifications when leftists can't discriminate based on opinions anymore….
