In Seattle they have been leaving for the last two years. Seattle does not enforce the law. They have no back up. Its pretty bad. I was at a grocery store and a homeless person simply walked out with several cases of beer. The grocery store worker said it happens all day long and they are not to intervene and stop them. The only way they can stop them is if a cop was present. As we already know …. cops in seattle are few and far between. They are not adequately positioned to cover the entire city. Crime rate is constantly increasing.
