I don't carry my phone usually, plus it's an iPhone4. Can anyone comment if this phone is capable of being a "contact tracing" phone? I am one of those people who can still survive without a "smart phone". I may be uncommon, but I'm not alone.

This is Father's Day weekend and Donald Trump is holding a rally. With all the insanity on the "left" even to the point of tearing down statues of George Washington, I thought of the foaming at the mouth that would result if it were proposed to recommend President Trump as the new "Father of our Country" (Since we basically have to reestablish our Constitutional Republic.)
