Zionist bankers instigated animosity towards Jews among the German populace, and they facilitated a situation to make life in Europe seem untenable, and therefore an exodus to Palestine more appealing. Jews where shipped to concentration camps the same as Japanese in the US, for fear of enemy subversion. They died from disease and allied bombings of supply lines and camps, but nowhere near 6 million died, the census numbers before and after the war for all of Europe don't add up, it's a symbolic number to them.
Kilns in wartime are lot more useful for production than incineration, they could have easily dumped bodies in mass graves, it just is completely illogical.
