First the MSM (Fredo) tried to manipulate the 1st amendment by saying "where does it say that protests have to be peaceful?"
When that backfired, the MSM started a new manipulation of the 1st Amendment by saying that the protests were "mostly peaceful"
The 1st amendment does not say "mostly peaceably", it says "peaceably"
I'm getting so sick of hearing the phrase "mostly peaceful protesters".
The minute the protest is no longer peaceful, that non-peaceful protester has to be removed or subdued by the "peaceful protesters" or the whole protest is no longer peaceful.
