VPN's/TOR have been bugged since their inception. Nothing is being introduced to "the common folk" that is "safe". Keep that in mind. It's tracking you out of the box. Designed to do so. VPN always give an entrance path. You can be tracked. TOR never sat right with me, never used it, and it's been stated it's basically a creation of the cabal.
