Brige - probably something like simple bus architecture ("central" algorithm). independent applications uses standardized communication protocol over any network. each app propagate its set of data, any other app can request any data form any other connected app, only unique user id is needed. proprietary encrypted communication, no one will be able to find out what is going on.
