Negligence?
Conversion?
Intentional infliction of emotional distress?
Potential FB Torts:
Invasion of Privacy
-Obvious. If FB is collecting data beyond their website they are invading privacy
Civil Conspiracy
-If FB has been working with other parties that violated the law.
Duty to Rescue
-Facebook could be held responsible for some of the threats that resulted from violence in its DMs if it was aware of them an failed to act.
