Filing fees, someone has to draft a Summons & Complaint, the more parties listed to be sued the better –– group Goog, Twit, FB, etc all on the same complaint complaint. Is there a Lawfag willing to step up and assist?
Also we can file the class action in any Federal court it does not have to be California. I would suggest Washington D.C.and doesn't Tracy Beanz live in that area? I'm sure she would be willing to help file paperwork….
