Lots unsaussed "facts" that sound a lot like they were 'reported' by Rachel Madcow.
I've read she wasn't the first arsonist, just the best (best known as well).
Need better resolution, I assume the bright light in the window is interior fire? Looks a bit like head lights being reflected.
Too bad there's no vid of the first arsonist.
It doesn't matter who started it though. Anyone adding fuel or flame to the fire is guilty of arson and a whole host of other felonies as well.
