Loophole
Private companies allowed to make the rules for the use of their products. It can go to court and if cell phones called basically essential safety devices it could be blocked by 4th amendment but if optional then it cannot be blocked by 4th amendment.

The key here is your battery is draining 2 to 3 times as fast and that the cloud send and receive are now constant and not intermittent. This indicates a large work load on the phone and that there is something new going on whether you opted in or not. My question is who is paying for all the data usage?
