That's right. Don't worry about having too many class actions. Just get it started, get lawyers on board and working with you. This does take some time so be patient. Once you get a class action off the ground, the lawyers will talk to other class actions and see if it is feasible to join them. Even the courts can order several groups to join and form one class action.

If you want a seat at the table, start a class action suit. Now you can talk to the other groups and they will listen. You may learn things that you hadn't thought of, and you may end up teaching them about something. All of this makes for a stronger case when it is argued in front of a judge.
