our only hope is POTUS

The movie "The Insider" and "Addiction Incorporated" are great movies to watch for class action strategy. That law firm is no longer in business though
We won the battle but lost the war with tobacco
What should have happened is that nicotine should have been regulated as a drug - period, case closed - nicotine is addictive and is a drug - but we ended up with the tobacco settlement fund…. and watched our politicians spend all the money
