Medinfo professional here. There was a time in the not-so-distant past that your medical record was recorded and maintained in a paper chart in your doctor's office. Under Obama, the Fed government required all healthcare providers migrate to an electronic medical record (EMR) by January 1, 2014 in order to maintain their existing Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement levels.

I think it goes without saying that if (((they))) are tracking you at home - they are also tracking your medical records. I'll take it a step further and say that many of your records are not even staying in the US. Many providers outsource the transcription to overseas services that do not have to comply with HIPAA. I am personally aware of a provider (large government institution) who used a service in India and when the bill wasn't paid in the amount of time the service expected due to govt red tape – the medical records were posted publicly online.
