It's not like someone could decide to make a VR screen pulse at a certain rate, or induce a heart attack at just the right time with a jumpscare in a movie or video game, after it has all your medical data and measurements from your various sensors and VR about how your body reacts to stress. Or maybe just watch you via FB cameras and coordinate a snatch and grab. Why not crash an automated car into a dissenter? Why not just sow chaos via random attack? Why not just pass that information along to some gangbanger cutouts?
