I'm going to expand a little on the Hilary Duff dig. Her husband Matthew Koma AKA Matthew Bair is from Seaford, NY. Matthew's fathers name is Gerald D Bair, he owned a company called Bandcamp Music Inc. and he holds a 2003 patent for something I haven't figure out yet.

Matthew's mother is Rhonda Bair, vice president of Rockaway Dialysis and VP of operations for Multiviz Health Services. She is also a social worker.
