If you're watching Barr's interview with Maria Bartiromo right now, then you should be left with the impression that the Durham investigation is nothing short of a MASSIVE affair…

Never married anon (in my 40s), here. Don't get down.

The dating scene beyond 30 is an arena of dysfunction…I made the mistake was dating numerous women that were either divorced, had children, or both. Those women are better off with men who have children…they turn out bitter and controlling, looking to recruit a penis into their family for their own benefit. You will ALWAYS play second fiddle at best. Better to remain single, or search for the rare single, childless woman who respects and loves a man. As you get older, you may be forced to look for a younger woman than what you might like.

I like the foundation myth theory, but seems incomplete when isolating it to WWII alone; undoubtedly the foundational myth of 20th century politics must incorporate the Civil War in some way, the revision of which (its transformation from a sectional conflict to "war against slavery") kicked into high gear in the 20c (and, more specifically, the 1960s).

The mythology surrounding the 19th century is fresh on the lips of the swarm of idiots we see in the streets, though it's turned iconoclastic through its attack on the religious patriarchs of old…Lincoln, Grant, etc…stripping it of its political flavor and leaving bare the Marxist undertones.

Seems two foundation myths aimed at separate audiences but for the same purpose.
