So I have gone through Google Earth Pro images from Esptein Island from 2002-2020 to see if the weird round thingy is seen again after 2002. It turns out the same one visited the island in total of 3 times: in 2002, 2006 and 2013. After 2013 it stopped visiting and never returned.

Any ideas what it might be?
