It looks very like Nick Sandman of "Stand-off with a Red Indian agitator" fame?

A lot less than that, sideburns same angular cut, nose has same bridge, right cheek has same shape when he smiles… and lips are the same.
Also check the similarity of the father holding the flag to Nick Sandman.
Maybe 3 in a thousand similar… at most.
IMO worthy of some investigation to confirm not him.
