with all this in mind, if we ever get to the point of a meaningful constitutional convention, i think the recall capability should be up for consideration so that everyone has the option at least. also, if voting becomes somehow secured, like with blockchain technology or something, this recall option will become more viable (trustworthy).

First hand experience with those facilities = they are all crooked as shit. Managers like to play games with "patient rights". They claim dementia patients can decide for themselves, yet this??? All comes down to whatever makes them the most money.
