The Clintons co-founded AGT International which acquired government contracts to create product, then turned around and illegally sold that same product to foreign actors, especially CHY-NA, under a different name under their umbrella corporation. They even illegally got Chinese representatives to meet with them in NY. AGT would also use their representatives or bribed workers in U.S. labs to steal tech, which they also sold.
