Cuomo is said to have added legal immunity for owners of nursing homes into a NY Bill.
Based upon the fee structure of nursing homes thw owners seemed to have a great financial incentive to ensure patients do not live too long.
The whole industry is likely corrupt and the fee structure should be scrutinized. I imagine there is some type of organized crime link in all this.
