Holy fuck anons this clip just freaked me out. Years ago, going back to the eighties maybe early nineties, there was a guy on Oprah Winfrey who claimed he could cure cancer using just water. Don't quote me because it was a long time ago, but I think the idea was that water was a crystalline mineral ( maybe when frozen) and therefore could be programmed, like quartz in a watch. I've mentioned this quite a few times in discussions with various people over the years but could never find the video and I'm pretty sure they all thought I was nuts. Not sure if it's worth a dig to find the video from Oprah because I couldn't find it, but I bet you guys would have more luck.
