Why isn't anyone talking about the fact that these assholes at CHAZ are occupying the access to a large portion of Seattle's water supply? Cal Anderson park sits on top of Lincoln reservoir. Access to the reservoir is in the park by the wading pond. Aren't we suppose to be watching the water?
