June 2020, a six block section of downtown Seattle, taken over by a paid child trafficker and his band of mutilated humans, created by media corporations and the UNITED STATES government corporation.

In the series, the transgenics were the "good guys" compared to the stereotypical racists and specie-ists who mobbed out against the occupation!
