Q didn't say R or D states, but I'd think the higher probability lies in the D gov states. Any thoughts on which states? WI, MI, NC and PA seem most likely imo. MN possibly to make sure POTUS doesn't flip it red. That's 71 ec votes in those 5. Easy to say they flipped back as well.
