Imagine if you will, Cuomo is charged with reckless homocide in NY state (2nd degree murder) for killing over 3000 people by ordering covid infected people into nursing homes despite having military facilities on site and capable of handling these patients.
Where would he be prosecuted? Maybe in the largest area with the most affected people?
