I'm thinking any state with a D governor will succeed in stealing election by mail-in. That gives D candidate enough electoral votes to win. If not, then electoral college will get tampered by faithless electors. Any dispute going to Supreme Court is iffy since Roberts and Gorrduch are apparently compromised. I'm not sure if our hero POTUS has enough help inside DC to pull it off. I said this 2 years ago: The Mule is the thing the Plan can't see. The Mule is the virus + BLM/ANTIFA insurrection. I think Plan Z would have been preferable because as it stands, we are not winning on any front I can see.
